FOR ADVANCE RESERVATIONS

• THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM

  • June, July and all holidays

• TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM

  • January - May and August - December

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

A DEPOSIT of one night’s rent is required to secure a reservation.

• Refundable with 21 days’ notice of cancellation

• We do not guarantee room numbers.

FURNISHINGS —  ALL units are furnished with:

• Air Conditioning

• TV

• Bed linens

• Kitchens with dishes and utensils
  (units #25-31 have a microwave, micro-fridge and coffee maker only)

• No phones in rooms

• Wireless internet

Check-Out is BEFORE 12:00 PM
Check-In is AFTER 4:00 PM
